Struggling to breathe in the heat, the weight of my golf bag on my back, I was feeling defeated! It was just a normal day with my friends on the golf course and I found myself on the back 9 out of breath, dizzy and sweating up a storm, I thought I was having a heart attack! I was so scared I got my friends to take me to the emergency room. The doctor said it was just heat exhaustion caused by my excess weight. I knew that I had to change the path that I was travelling, or my health was going to worsen.
That day my eyes were opened! My golf game was failing terribly. I was 60 lbs overweight, seriously not feeling good about myself, feeling depressed and I desperately needed some help. So I went on-line to find a weight loss program. There was a variety of programs, and over a period of 4 weeks I bought some, I spent over $7000 on various programs. I didn’t mind investing in my health, it was worth it. But none of them excited me, they just didn't feel right, I didn't find any that I liked.
